Obituary of Colleen Mallett (Boudreau)

Colleen Mallett (Boudreau), 95 of Ottawa, Ontario passed peacefully at the Peter D. Clark Long Term Care on 10^th September 2024 with family by her side. 

Colleen is predeceased by her first husband Arthur LeBlanc and her life partner George Mallett.  She is also predeceased by her daughter Joanne and son John.

Colleen is survived by her siblings Art Boudreau (Gladys) and Doris Crossman.  She was a beloved mother to eight children: Robert (Joan), Paul (Diane), Roger (Gayle), Edith (Gordon), Edward (Marlene) Andrew (Catherine) and Stepchildren Brenda (Mike), Sandra and Lisa as well as long-time family friend Rick (Nadie) as well as many Nieces/Nephews, Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.  All who will never forget her acceptance and love she brought to their lives.

Colleen was known as “Mom” to everyone who knew her. Her home was open to all and never turned a soul away.  Her tremendous strength of character and kindness made her the best of role models, and she will be deeply missed by all.

Interment will be held at 1:30pm on Monday 28 Oct 2024, followed by a reception at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre 2500 Baseline Road.
