My sincere condolences to Kitty’s family. I just read the news of her passing in today’s Ottawa Citizen. I worked with Kitty for a number of years whilst at Nortel, at both the tower on Merivale Rd. And at Nepean Centre. She was a lovely woman with a great laugh, very competent at her job as Administrative Assistant to the General Managers of Data Networks Division at the time (John Chattoe and Dr. Ian Munns), and definitely a lover of high heeled shoes! As a junior admin, I learned a lot from her, notably that there was a time for fun and frivolity, but then there was a time to buckle down and get the work done. RIP Kitty.
