Obituary of Shirley May Page

It is with saddened hearts that we say goodbye to Shirley May Page (nee Clark), who passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on January 14, 2022. Beloved wife of the late George Ralph Page. Dear sister to the late Elaine Lois Hutt. Loving Mom to George Lawrence "Larry" Page (Lynne). Grandma Shirley to the late Dixie May Page, Tammy (Dave), Julie (Blair), Natalie (Nash) and Marc (Cindy). Grandma Shirley to 10 great-grandchildren Clark, Wyatt, Declan, Ellie, Victor, Olivier, Madeline, Margot, Keenan and Estelle. Also cherished by her nieces and nephews. 

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

A huge thank you to all the staff at Park Place Seniors' Suites and Retirement Residence where Shirley lived for the past 8 years. Shirley was very social and absolutely loved every moment. Shirley never said no to any family gatherings or social events.

Thank you also to the Emergency and Palliative Care Team at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their care and support.

A Service in Memory of Shirley will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Cole Funeral Services, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Shirley, donations to CHEO would be greatly appreciated.
