Craig Gerlitz (her second son) Richard(Colleen), Judy, Diana(John) and extended family. I am honored to have known your mother. She was truly a wonderful person and I was glad to have had her in my life. I will dearly miss her. She was like a second mother to me. I will always remember when Richard and I took Livia and Gunars to Disco Viva for a night out on the town. She had a lot of fun dancing. My sincerest condolences.

Very sorry for your loss...I only met her a few times, but she seemed like a very strong person with a friendly, kind disposition. I'm so sad that you all had to endure the cruelty of Alzheimer's, but peace has now descended upon all of you, and her suffering is over.

Livia was more than a mother-in-law to me. She was my friend and a confidante. I learned a lot from her, especially making pieragi, pork ball soup, frickadelle soup and her famous meatloaf. I will miss our shopping days, our afternoons at the casino and our chats. But most of all, I will miss you. You will always be in my heart. Rest in peace mumsit. xoxo
