Obituary of Robert "Scott" Milne

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert “Scott” Milne on April 17, 2022 at the age of 71.  Scott passed peacefully, surrounded by family, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Scott was a devoted family man who leaves behind his wife Meskerem (Meski), their teenage son Zach, as well as his older children Sarah (Roderick) and James (Emily), and his grandsons Kaiden and Gavin.  Scott will be dearly missed by his extended family and close network of friends. He will be remembered as a hard working, kind hearted man who loved to tell jokes, learn new things and explore the world. 

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Oncology and Palliative teams at the Ottawa General Hospital for their compassionate care throughout his illness. 

A Funeral Service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 2 p.m. followed by a reception/visitation at 3:30 p.m.
