Obituary of Heidi Main

We are deeply saddened to announce that Heidi passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on July 13, 2022, at the age of 78. Loving mom of Angie (Todd) and Dana (Ali). Pre-deceased by her husband Dwight Main. Nanny to Steven (Jess), Samantha, Reed, Jack and Thomas. Great Nanny to Braedyn.  Sister of Ute (Lyn). Aunt to Nicki (Doug), Bill (Lois), Blythe (Allison) and Terry. Cousin to Monika and Christel.

Heidi was a courageous, brave and loving woman who fought through many obstacles in her life. We hope you are finally at peace from your pain and suffering. Special thanks to Blythe for the love and compassion he brought Mom in her final days. She will forever be smiling down on you. Special thanks to Moira and Stewart. She valued your friendship and all the help you provided her over the years.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
