Obituary of Malika Dhingra

We are deeply saddened to announce that on March 16th, 2023, Malika passed away peacefully at the age of 80 after a prolonged three plus year battle with cancer.  Malika was born in Amritsar, India and emigrated to Canada in 1973 where she made a home and lived a fulfilling life.

Malika was a proud mother and wife of Surinder (pre-deceased) who leaves behind her children Salil (Neha), Sachiv, and her three grandchildren (Sia, Silas and Selwyn), as well as her brother Janak Raj (Uma), sister-in-law Asha, sister-in-law Meena, brother-in-law Sudhir (Veena), sister-in-law Sunita (Ra), and sister-in-law Reva.

She will be remembered for her warm smile, and her love for her family and friends.  We will miss her dearly.  God bless her soul.
