My sincerest condolences to Leo's family. He was one of the nicest people to work with. I was one of many in the financial department of MetLife that benefited from his leadership and his humour. In the early 80's I was heading to New York for work, and my first ever plane ride, alone, at 19 years old. He asked me that day what airline I was taking. When I said Porter his response was "well, let's hope it doesn't rain today" He was always pleasant and calm. I am sure he will be missed by so many.
