Obituary of Michael Latreille

In loving memory of Michael Rodney Latreille, age 74, passed away peacefully at home in his wife’s loving arms. Born on June 12, 1950. He brought immense joy to those around him, leaving behind cherished memories, and a legacy of strength and resilience.

Michael married his high school sweetheart, Dianne, and were happily married for 52 years. 

Loving father of David, Laura (Michael), Karen (Eric). Proud Poppa to five beloved grandchildren, Madisyn, Hayden, Carson, Brady, and Emmi.

Predeceased by his parents, Russell and Elmire Latreille, and his brother Eric (Monique). Survived by his brother’s Lloyd (Danielle) and Paul.  Fondly remembered by Braeden, Taylor & Rylee.

Family and friends may pay respects on Monday, October 28, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pinecrest Remebrance Chapel followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Queensway-Carleton Hospital.
